RAMBAN, Mar 29: Ramsoo police arrested a man along with smuggled liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Ramsoo Police Station laid a naka near Makerkote and intercepted a man, who was moving under suspicious circumstances.
During checking, police team recovered 44 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of the man and arrested him.
The arrested person has been identified as Pervaiz Ahmed, son of Nazir Ahmed of Bradgaddi Tehsil Ramsoo, District Ramban.
A case under FIR Number 24/19 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Ramsoo and investigation started.
