Selection Matches of Physically Challenged Cricketers for World Cup from today

JAMMU, Apr 19: Selection matches of Physically Challenged Cricketers for picking Indian Team will begin from tomorrow at Science College Hostel ground, here.
The matches will be organized jointly by J&K Physically Challenged Cricket Association and J&K Cricket Association.
In the inaugural ceremony Syed AH Bukhari, CEO JKCA will be the chief guest, Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal, Member JKCA will preside over the function and Ravi Chouhan, Founder Secretary of All India Physically Challenged Cricket Association will be the special guest.
Three teams of Physically Challenged Cricketers participating in the selection trial matches will be named after the departed CRPF soldiers who lost their lives on February 14, 2019 at Pulwama.
Uttar Pradesh’ Vinay yadav will lead Martyr Ramesh Yadav Eleven, Himachal Pradesh Yashpal will lead Capt. Martyr Raj Tilak Eleven whereas representing J&K Modh.Nadeem will lead Martyr Naseer Ahmed Eleven.
The selection matches will be conducted under the chairmanship of AH Bukhari, CEO JKCA, Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal Member JKCA will be the Co-Chairman, Ravi Chouhan, Founder Secretary of Physically Challenged Cricket Association of India, Satish Gupta and Sukhjinder Singh Directors of the J&K PCCA, Ashish Singh Vice President of J&K PCCA, Sanjeev Mahajan Sports Advisor of J&K PCCA, while Rajesh Gill Honourary President and Rajesh Dhar Honourary Secretary of J&K PCCA will be the Coordinators of the selection matches.
The selected Indian team of Physically Challenged Cricket Association will be participating in the World Cup Championship for disabled Cricketers and the same will be hosted by England and Wales Cricket Board from August 3 to 17, 2019 at England.
