JAMMU, May 21: The dead body of a man was found hanging today in Chinore area of city outskirts.
According to a police official, the body of a man namely Babu (35) son of Mahadev, resident of Madhya Pradesh was found hanging this afternoon at a tin-shed in a vacant plot in Laxmipuram area of Chinore. He said the deceased was living there for past three years.
“No suicide note was recovered from the spot,” the official said, adding the body was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for postmortem while inquest proceedings in this connection were initiated at police station Chinore.
