Natrang Children Theatre Camp from June 9

JAMMU, June 3: The most sought-after event for Children, ‘Natrang’s Summer Theatre Workshop is commencing from June 9, 2019 at Natrang Studio Theatre, here.
This was informed here today by Balwant Thakur, the founder Director of Natrang in a press briefing.
He said that daily timings will be 8 to 10 am and children between the age of 7 to 14 will be considered for this camp.
“As Natrang is doing regular Children Theatre in the State for the last 29 years, it has trained, inspired and motivated thousands of children till now and most of them have excelled in various fields be it acting in theatre/film/television, media management, civil services, medicine, engineering or social work etc.,” Balwant added.
He further informed that children have immense possibilities and abilities to outshine but they are required to be explored through such latest developed highly innovative training techniques of theatre and arts.
It is pertinent to mention here that the training module of Natrang’s  Children Theatre has been devised by Padmashree Balwant Thakur himself, who has taken the children theatre of Jammu to the entire length and breadth of the country.
In Natrang organised camps, the children receive training under the expert supervision of Balwant Thakur, Neeraj Kant, Sumeet Sharma, National Awardee and visiting trainers of the allied arts. Children desirous to take part in the camp will have to register with Natrang at an earliest.
