JAMMU, June 7: Jammu and Kashmir Olympic Association (JKOA) will be presenting Rangil Singh Award for Sports Excellence to the already selected players and coaches at Jammu Club auditorium on June 11 at 5 pm.
The sportspersons to be honoured include Sahil Sharma (Wrestling coach), Anil Wadhera (Boxing coach), Randhir Singh (Cricket coach), Sohan Singh (Athletic coach), Shotu Lal (Fencing coach), Krupali Singh (Gymnastics coach), Satish Gupta (TT coach), Mohd Tariq (Sports promoter) Riya Bakshi (Fencer), Shreya Gupta (Fencer), Amardeep Singh (Footballer), Nirmal Kumar (Mountaineer), Shivani Charak (Mountaineer), Meenal Gupta (Chess), Hiteshwar Singh (Roll Ball), Bilal Ahmed Dar (Cycling), Palak Kour (Gymnastics) and Sahil Dev Singh (Kho-Kho)
As per a handout issued by the JKOA, Director General of J&K Police, Dilbag Singh will be the chief guest, who will present the awards to 18 such individuals, who have achievements as player, coach and promoter in the field of sports.
