JAMMU, June 11: The team of Jammu and Kashmir Sports Powerlifting Association excelled in Sub-Junior National Bench Press, Deadlift & Powerlifting Championship at Begampura in Delhi, recently.
The players namely Sanket Khajuria and Abhi Udhay Sharma won gold medals, while Pankaj Chib bagged silver. The bronze medallists included Sushant Mandla, Udhay Pratap Singh, Aryan Dev Sharma, Rahul Pandita and Mohit Jamwal.
The team was honoured today by the managing committee comprising of Narender Singh Manhas (Secretary), Manpreet Singh (coach of team), Davinder Singh Manhas (Joint Secretary), Jaipaul Singh Manhas and Surender Sharma (Coorporator).
