Terrorist attack on CRPF personnel widely condemned

JAMMU, June 13: The terrorist attack on CRPF personnel in Anantnag has been widely condemned by different organisations here.
Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on CRPF in which five CRPF personnel were martyred. Expressing shock over the loss of precious lives JKPCC Chief G.A Mir and other senior Congress leaders strongly condemned the attack and expressed grave anguish over the tragedy. They conveyed deep sympathies with the families whose men were martyred in the attack and prayed for early recovery to the injured.
Those who condemned the terrorist attack were Rigzin Jora, Madan Lal Sharma, Tara Chand, Mula Ram, Raman Bhalla, Aijaz Ahmed Khan, M.S Niaz, G.M Saroori, R.S Chib, Jugal Kishore, Ravinder Sharma, Rajnish Sharma, Balwan Singh, Manmohan Singh, Yogesh Sawhney, Shah Mohd, Shahnawaz Choudhary and others.
Condemning the attack on CRPF patrolling party in Anantnag in which five CRPF men attained martyrdom and a police officer along with a young girl were critically injured, BJP State Spokesman, Altaf Thakur said that the attack was a sign of frustration among terrorists and a move to vitiate the peaceful atmosphere prevailing in Kashmir.
He termed the attack on CRPF men as dastardly and highly condemnable stating that violence has no place in Kashmir-a place that is fast heading towards development and peace.
Nationalist Congress Party leader, Thakur Randhir Singh condemned the terrorist attack on CRPF in which five CRPF personnel were martyred yesterday.
Meanwhile, Singh has demanded that the memorial ‘Balidan Stambh’ should handed over to the army for proper maintenance or funds should be given to the State government for its proper upkeep.
Meanwhile, National Democratic Party Indian (NDPI) State President, Rajesh Gupta strongly condemned the barbarous terrorist attack . Gupta expressed deep shock and heartfelt condolences to the families of martyred CRPF personnel.
