NEW DELHI, June 25:
Supreme Court on Tuesday asked the accused-turned-approver in the Augusta Westland case Rajiv Saxena to apprise it by Wednesday as to who would stand surety for him, if he would be allowed to travel abroad on health grounds.
Saxena had pleaded to the Apex Court to allow him to travel abroad citing ill health.
The Apex Court asked Saxena’s lawyer who would stand guarantee if he would be allowed to travel abroad.
The Enforcement Directorate opposed his plea of travelling abroad.
The Apex Court wanted from the ED to ascertain whether he will come back to India or not. (PTI)
