UDHAMPUR, July 2: A young house wife was found hanging from a tree near the house of her in-laws at village Thalora in Manwal, under the jurisdiction of Majalta Police Station, here this morning.
Police said that Usha Devi, wife of Satpal of village Thalora in Manwal, tehsil Majalta, was found hanging from a tree under mysterious circumstances.
The hanging body was spotted by some locals, who immediately called the Majalta Police Station. On being informed, Police shifted the body to Primary Health Centre (PHC) Majalta for the postmortem and other legal formalities.
A case under Section 174 RPC has been registered in this connection and further investigation was going on.
