BCCI Level-A umpire Sudhir among qualifiers of Roll Ball Referees’ exam

JAMMU, July 6: J&K’s trio of Sudhir Singh, the topper of BCCI Level-A exam conducted in 2009 at Srinagar, Rita Rehan and Vaishaili Bagal, has qualified the Referees’ examination conducted by Roll Ball Federation of India in a National Level Workshop at Pune, recently.
Out of a total of 40 marks, Sudhir topped the examination with 37 marks, while Rita secured 32 and Vaishali 27.
80 candidates from all over India participated in this Workshop for Referees and Coaches.
It is pertinent to mention here that Sudhir Singh, who is an Assistant Engineer by profession, had scored 81 marks, out of a total of 100 marks in the BCCI Umpiring exam.
The Chairman of the Association Anil Sharma and the General Secretary, Madhu Sharma lauded the efforts of the trio for this achievement.
