JAMMU, July 9: The organisers of the 21 days coaching camp at Sports Stadium Poonch today divided young cricketers into teams in three age groups of under-14, under-17 and under-19 for competition among themselves.
“On the basis of these practice matches, a total of 25 best boys will be picked for yet another specialised coaching programme and training sessions,” one of the members of the organising committee, Pawan Kumar said.
While in under-14 category four teams have been made, there are two teams in under-17 age group. Similarly, in under-19 group, boys have been divided into four teams.
The initiative to organising coaching camp has been taken by three member team comprising Pawan Kumar, Parvaiz Malik and Gurvinder Singh.
