BARAMULLA, July 18: Bikram Club outplayed Uplina Sports Club by 2-1 to advance into the next round of the ongoing Ist Trilok Singh Memorial Hockey Tournament of District Baramulla at Government Degree College Hockey Field, here.
Ranbir Singh and Manpreet were the scorers from winning side in the 29th and 44th minutes of the match respectively. From Uplina Club, Kulbir Singh scored the goal in the 16th minute.
The match officiated by the technical penal comprising Popinder Singh, Manjeet Singh and Dharmvir Singh.
In today’s match, Dr Anoop Singh was chief guest while Manjeet Singh was guest of honour. This tournament is being organised under the overall supervision of vice president Hockey J&K, Ravi Raj Singh.
