JAMMU, July 19: Former Minister and Ex-MLA, Jammu West, Sat Sharma today toured Gole Pully, Suraj Nagar, Interrogation Lane and adjoining areas of Ward 30 in Jammu West Assembly Constituency to take stock of the problems faced by locals in the area.
He was accompanied by district president of BJP Ayodhya Gupta, other BJP leaders and officials of PWD (Public Works Department). Sat Sharma visited door to door in the area and interacted with the locals to take stock of the ground situation. He took serious note of the situation arisen due to bad condition of roads and lanes in the area.
While having the real time assessment of the situation, he asked the PWD officials to take all necessary steps to macadamize roads and lanes in the area. He asked them to comply with the public problems as early as possible and deliver the desired results within days.
He commented that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is leading the Central Government, all the public representatives and the concern departments are duty bound to address the aspirations of the public on priority basis. He said that the present dispensation is holding a very clear view to leave no area with underdevelopment.
Ayodhya Gupta asked locals to report any irregularity during the ongoing developmental works. He also spoke about the various projects initiated under tenure of former MLA for the common public.
JE Paramjit Singh, Veena Gutpa, Advocate Rajesh Gupta, Puneet Mahajan, Keshav Chopra, Dr RK Gupta, Deepak Kumar, Rajesh Saini, Arun Dubey, Tarsem Lal, Tony Sharma and several others were accompanied the ex-MLA.
