POONCH, Mar 4: No Indian visitor crossed over to PoK from Chakkan-da-Bagh today while total 43 visitors crossed sides at the LoC point in district Poonch during the day.
An official spokesman said that only five PoK visitors returned in the Poonch- Rawalakote bus today as there was no Indian visitor available to cross over to Pak occupied Kashmir. A total 38 passengers arrived here from PoK side today. They included seven Indian returnees and 31 PoK residents visiting for the first time.
The border point opened between 11.55 am and 12.20 pm and between 1.40 pm and 2 pm. Krishan Lal, GM DIC/ Custodian and DySP, S S Slathia represented Indian side and SDM Hazira Aslan Kiyani, Pakistani side to facilitate the passengers of both sides.
