JAMMU, Mar 5: Northern Command Army chief Lt Gen KT Parnaik tonight ordered a time bound inquiry into the incident leading to the killing of a youth Tahir Latief Sofi in Baramulla town this afternoon.
“The Army Commander has ordered a time bound inquiry into the incident’’, PRO (Defence), Lt Col Rajesh Kalia said tonight.
He said Lt Gen Parnaik has expressed deep sorrow and regret over the loss of precious life in Baramulla. He has also offered his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
