PATNA: Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad today said the scrapping of Article 370 pertaining to Jammu and Kashmir was a bold and courageous decision which marked beginning of a new and vibrant India.
Mr Prasad while addressing a function of ‘Dadhichi Deh-dan Samiti’ organised here to create sensitivity among the people for donation of organs, said that Article 370 giving special status to Jammu and Kashmir, was the greatest hurdle in development of this sensitive state.
This special provision for state of Jammu and Kashmir had given free hands to those involved in loot of Government fund sent by the Centre for development of the State, he pointed out. (AGENCIES)
