JAMMU, Aug 14: A water cooler was installed at Christian grave yard, Jammu and the funds for the purpose were provided by Ritu Choudhary, Corporator from Ward No 7.
On this occasion, Vikram Malhotra president DCC Jammu (Urban) was the chief guest.
While speaking during a brief function Malhotra said that Congress party’s agenda is to service to the people irrespective of caste, creed or colour. He said that it was brought to his notice that there is drinking water problem at Christian Graveyard for which he asked local Corporator Ritu Choudhary who provided funds from her discretionary quota and today the water cooler has been installed.
Pastors Kuriokose Catholic Church; Showkat Petter, Mt William, Stiphen Bhatti, Anthony Tezi and Vinod, Thomas Khokhar- secretary JKPCC, Nasir Masih, Camres Dabid Babloo, Parshotam Mehra, Tites Gill, Solman Gill, Kaka Ram, Rama Devi, Gita Choudhary, Madhu and Ram Lal were the prominent, who attended the function.
