Fire & Fury Brigade distributes various stores

LEH, Aug 24: Continuing the efforts to foster relationship of peace, harmony and cooperation with civil population under “Operation Sadbhavna”, Fire and Fury Brigade distributed various stores at Hemisukpachan village.
The ceremony held at Hemisukpachan Village Community Hall was presided over by Colonel Vinayak Mishra, Deputy Commander Fire and Fury Arty Brigade on behalf of Fire and Fury Corps.
The event started with opening remarks of the Deputy Commander, who emphasised on the purpose behind “Operation Sadhbhavna” and reiterated on maintenance of mutual support between the Armed Forces and the civil population.
The items like mattress, curtains, plates, carpets, gas burner, chairs and tables were procured and handed over to Sarpanch in attendance of villagers. The items are for upkeep of village Community Hall.
The village Sarpanch, Tsewang Rigzin was highly obliged and thankful in her speech conducted after the stores were distributed.
