JAMMU, Sept 9: The office bearers of Jammu and Kashmir Rifle Association (JKRA), including President Kuldeep Singh Jamwal, General Secretary Amjad Parvez Mirza, Vice President Sharat Chander Singh and Chairman Technical Committee Rajesh Virdhy flagged of contingent of 64 marksmen (Men & Women) of Jammu & Kashmir to participate in 29th All India GV Mavlankar Shooting Championship-2019 in small bore rifle &pistol events scheduled to be held at Ahmedabad (Gujarat) from September 13 to 29, 2019.
Director General J&K Police, Dilbag Singh, Chairman J&K Rifle Association wished good luck to the team and hoped that the team will bring laurels to the state in this event by bagging big haul of medals.
It is pertinent to mention here that marksmen from every nook and corner of the state including clubs viz KPS Shooting Club, Kathua GZS Rifle Club Bari Brahamna, J&K Police Shooting Club Jammu, DPS Shooting Club Jammu, IDPS Shooting Club Jammu and SMVD Shooting Club Katra, besides J&K Police is participating in this Championship.
