JAMMU, Sept 25: Government MAM College lifted the Blaze Inter Collegiate Badminton Tournament titles in both men and women sections.
The tournament was organized by the Department of Students Welfare. Dr Twinkle Suri, Dean Students Welfare was the chief guest.
In women section, GCW Gandhi Nagar lost to Government MAM College by 2-1 and lifted the title trophy, whereas in men section final, Government MAM College beat Government SPMR College of Commerce by 3-1 and emerged champion.
Dr Vinod Bakshi, Sports Coordinator and Physical Director of GGM Science College Jammu, Dr Banpreet Kour, Associate Dean Students Welfare, Sumnesh Sharma, Physical Director of Government MAM College Jammu, Aijaz Malik, Physical Director of Government SPMR College of Commerce, Dr Mandeep Singh, Physical Director, Government College of Education, Dr Roopali Slathia, Physical Director, GCW Gandhi Nagar, Neelam Chalotra, Assistant Physical Director, Government MAM College and Anil Kumar, Assistant Physical Director, GCW Gandhi Nagar Jammu were present on the occasion.
The matches were officiated by Rahul and Balbir under the supervision of Vikram Singh, Physical Director.
