JAMMU, Oct 19: Defeating Mishti in a close contest by (3-2) in the summit clash, Hargun lifted the cadet girls title, while Rudraksh will take on Ritvik in cadet boys title clash of the ongoing 42nd Stag J&K Table Tennis Championship 2019 at TT Hall, Indoor Complex MA Stadium, here.
The Championship is being organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Table Tennis Association.
Earlier, taking forward his form from the district championships Rudraksh beat Chetanya by 3-0 setting up a title clash with Ritvik Gupta who defeated Gurshesh of Poonch by 3-1.
In Cadet Boys semifinals, Rudraksh beat Chetanya by 3-0, Ritvik trounced Gurshesh (Poonch) 3-1
In Sub jr Boys 2nd Round, Akshit outplayed Sourav (Udhampur) by 3-0, Tejas defeated Divyansh by 3-0, Rohan Langer prevailed over Suryansh by 3-1, Sarthak trounced Aarit by 3-2, Ritvik outclassed Madhav (Udhampur) by 3-1 and Harman drubbed Rohan by 3-1.
The matches were officiated by Vasu Dewan, Gurvinder Singh Sasan (NIS Table tennis coach), Sandeep Khadotra (NIS Table Tennis coach), Meenu Rajesh and Asad Sharma.
