JAMMU, Mar 16: An extension lecture by Prof Rajiv Rattan of Jammu University was organized in Government College of Education, Jammu. Topic of the lecture was `Functionalist view of Emile Durkheim’.
Prof Rajiv Rattan spoke about the social facts and moral education at length. The topic was of immense relevance to the present educational scenario.
Prof Kaushal Samotra, Principal of the college, presented welcome address while the vote of thanks was presented by Prof Rupinder Kaur, Convener M Ed Programme, Govt. College of Education, Jammu.
