This has a reference to the write up “J&K getting normal” DE Nov 19, 2019. May I submit that all people are a like in the country, there is no local sensitivity in the legal, constitutional matters in a vast country like India. Political challenges where ever if any, need to be combated legally and Constitutionally. The nation first must prevail upon in all the circumstances. With the abrogation of Art 370 and 35 A, J&K has been brought in the main stream. Specialties that have been withdrawn are for the common good of the masses. New order takes some time to show its results. People shall appreciate the change approved by the law makers with two third majority and initiated from the house of elders. Basics of the normalcy shall nver change which by and large mean restoration of usual state, or Level”.
