RAMNAGAR, Mar 18: Senior leader of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Mohammad Sartaj Madni today said that people of Jammu and Kashmir were feeling helpless as the present dispensation headed by National Conference has failed to solve basic problems of the common masses.
