CHANDIGARH, Nov 30: Chandigarh-based reputed law firm, Sarin & Co has inked a cooperation agreement with the Netherland’s leading consulting company SGI Aviation Services.
SGI Aviation headquartered in Amsterdam with offices in Guernsey, Florida and Singapore, provides asset and lease management as well as technical consulting to commercial aviation investors, lessors and operators.
The company is owned by Fintech Global Incorporated and Seabury Capital.
The Cooperation Agreement will see Sarin & Co and SGI Aviation, collaborate on their respective areas of expertise and services whereby they can, in the future, in addition to sharing each other’s knowledge and expertise also jointly offer each other’s services to their clients in India.
