JAMMU, Dec 12: J&K Bank Academy outplayed Hero Club by three goals to two (3-2) in the ongoing 13th Christmas Gold Cup Football Tournament, being organised by All J&K Christian Welfare Association, under the aegis of Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) at GGM Sciecne College Hostel ground, here.
The goal scorers for J&K Bank Academy were Rohit Senior, Rohit Junior and Prem, who pelted the goals in 13th, 50th and 67th minutes respectively.
Apuran and Kartik scored the goals for Hero Club in 4oth and 72nd minutes respectively.
The match was officiated by Dil Bahadur, Ricky Kumar, Rocky Sharma and Dheeraj Meenia.
Vikram Malhotra, President Congress Committee Jammu District was the chief guest on the occasion, while Yusuf Don (Organizing Secretary), Narinder Gupta (Chairman DFA and Former Member Sports Council), Feastus Sotra, Surinder Singh Bunty (Treasurer JKFA Central Body), Nazir Ahmed, Ashok Sharma, Abdul Majid Kakru (International Player), David Masih and Mohan Lal were present on the occasion.
