JAMMU, Dec 15: Sameer Singh, Aarav Gupta and Asif Majid were among the cueists who entered the second round of Sub Junior Snooker Championship, being organised by the J&K Billiards and Snooker Association at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
Sameer Singh defeated Krish Gupta by 2-0 (45-14, 66-55), Aarav Gupta got the better of Shaurya Gupta by 2-0 (45-20, 65-38) and Asif Majid trounced Sanam Kumar by 2-0 (72-44, 58-22).
In other two matches of the first round, Momin Hilal prevailed over Sudhanshu Gupta 2-1 by (44-72, 66-32, 70-35) and Sanam Dogra beat Vansh Gupta by 2-0 (47-06, 69-62),
Meanwhile, according to the organisers, tomorrow is the last date of the entry for Junior Snooker Championship.
