JAMMU, Dec 21: A delegation of All Migrant Camp Coordination Committee (AMCCC) called on Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, T K Bhat in his Office chamber here, today and discussed various issues of Kashmiri migrants and Jagti township with him. It demanded four bore wells for Jagti township for which former Governor, N N Vohra had sanctioned Rs 7.5 crore.
The delegation also demanded special bus service for Jagti especially during morning and evening hours, implementation of Ayushman Bharat Scheme for migrants, supply of drugs for Jagti Hospital, enhancement of cash relief, proper sanitation in Jagti township, release of sugar quota for migrants and installation of seven dust bins at Jagti township.
The RRC assured to take appropriate steps in redressing these issues. The 16 member delegation of AMCCC was led by Desh Rattan its president.
