UDHAMPUR, Dec 25: A number of villages of Pachound in Basantgarh Tehsil are without ration supply by the Department of Food and Civil Supplies for the last more than five months.
Up in arms against the CAPD Department, resident of Panchound and adjoining areas today held a protest demonstration at Tehsil headquarters. They raised slogans against the CAPD Department and the District administration for their alleged failure to supply ration in time.
Those who were leading the, included Baldev Kumar, Darshan Kumar, Parkash Basotra, Kuldeep Basotra, Kushal Kant, Kasturi Lal, Suman and Bodh Raj.
