JAMMU, Dec 28: Principal Sessions Judge Rajouri Jaffer Hussain Beigh has framed charges against Army cops and others, who were involved in Nowshera sex scandal.
These accused are Jaspal Singh, son of Gurdev Singh, Bachana Singh, son of Harnam Singh, Karamjeet Singh, son of Narinder Singh, Karampal Singh, son of Madan Singh, Dara Singh, son of Joginder Singh, Vicky Kumar, son of Suram Chand and Shushil Kumar, son of Chuni Lal, all the residents of Nowshera.
According to the prosecution case, on 28.07.2018 the prosecutrix lodged a written report before the Police Station Nowshera that she was raped a number of times for about one year since April 2017 by the accused persons and other persons at different places and exploited her for trafficking.
The charges against the accused persons have been framed under Section 376-D and 370-A(2) of Ranbir Penal Code.
