JAMMU, Mar 22: Tiger Army Pre-Primary School, Satwari Cantt celebrated its 21st Annual Day on the theme “Changing Era”.
On the occasion, Major General Ashwani Kumar, General Officer Commanding (GOC), 26 Infantry Division was the chief guest, while, Vandana Sharma, Chairperson, Family Welfare Organisation (FWO) of Tiger Division was the guest of honour.
The function commenced with the lighting of the traditional lamp by Vandana Sharma, followed by Saraswati Vandana by the students.
Aradhana Goswami, Principal, Tiger Army Pre-Primary School, presented the annual report highlighting the achievements of the students in various curricular and co-curricular activities.
The talented young children of the school presented a rich and colourful variety and cultural programme. With the brilliant mix of music, song, dance and drama, the children presented the incarnation of the Lord in the form of “Kalki Avtar” and restoration of peace, tranquility and happiness, which was highly applauded by the audience with thundering applauses.
Later, Vandana Sharma gave away the prizes to the winners and participants.
At the end, Aradhana Goswami, presented vote of thanks.
