JAMMU, Jan 11: Western Air Command Inter Area Hockey Championship 2019-20 concluded at K K Hakhu Astroturf Hockey Stadium, here today.
The championship was hosted by Air Force Station Jammu and was organised in a befitting manner .
The participating teams exhibited their talent in true spirit to make the event a grand success.
In the five days’ championship, the team of Air Force Station Jammu clinched the finals by defeating AF Station Udhampur by two goals to nil (2-0).
Air Commodore, Ajay Singh Pathania felicitated the teams with medals and trophies.
A team to represent Western Air Command has been selected on the basis of merit which will play Inter Air Force Command Tournament at Chandigarh in the last week of this month.
