Jammu, Jan 20:
Union Minister of State for Sports Kiren Rijiju will inaugurate indoor sports complex here tomorrow at Bhagwati Nagar. The indoor sports complex is constructed by the J&K State Sports Council. “Rijiju is arriving here tomorrow as a part of outreach program along with other Union Ministers,” said an official.
He added that during his visit, Rijiju will also inaugurate indoor stadium near Yatri Niwas at Bhagwati Nagar on Tuesday morning. The stadium was completed in one year at an estimated cost of Rs 4 crore. It has been constructed in 16,500 square feet area having height of 40 feet. The stadium will have multipurpose hall besides changing rooms, manager room, conference Hall and other facilities. (UNI)
