JAMMU, Mar 24: A delegation of Civil Secretariat Non-Gazetted Employees Union, headed by its president, Rauf Ahmad, met Chief Secretary and brought various issues in his notice.
The delegation discussed various demands of the Union with the Chief Secretary and also submitted a memorandum in this regard.
The memorandum contained demands like re-organisation of services, creation of promotion avenues in Gazetted Services for Non-Gazetted employees, implementation of Transfer Policy and introduction of Comprehensive Accomodation Policy (CAP) for Darbar Move Employees.
The delegation also invited the attention of Chief Secretary towards creation of posts for deployment or posting of Secretariat employees in the Chief Vigilance Commission Offices, which will help in addressing the prevailing saturation in Secretariat.
The Chief Secretary assured the delegation that their demands will be consider appropriately.
