REASI, Feb 8: Reasi police today organised wrestling competition under civic action programme at Mahore, here.
The competition was organised by the District Police in coordination with Dangal Committee Mahore under the supervision of SSP Reasi, Rashmi Wazir in which the DIG Udhampur-Resai Range, Sujit Kumar Singh was the chief guest.
50 wrestlers participated in the competition including local wrestlers of district Reasi, wrestlers from other districts of Jammu province and wrestlers from other neighbouring states of Punjab and Himachal.
The function was attended by Colonel, Vijay Singh, CO 59/RR, Santosh Sukhadeve, SDM Mahore, Zakir Shaheen, SDPO Mahore, Maj Sushant Singh of 59/RR , Inspector Mohd Aslam, SHO P/S Mahore, SI Sajjad Iqbal SHO P/S Chassana, other officers of district police and civil administration, Sarpanches/Panches.
SHO Mahore and SHO Chassana welcomed all the dignitaries and participants.
