SRINAGAR, Feb 8: Jammu and Kashmir Senior State Ball Badminton team (Boys and Girls) was selected for the upcoming 65th Senior National Ball Badminton Championship which is scheduled to be played at Central Chennai, Tamil Nadu from February 17 to 21.
A screening test of the players were held at Polo Ground Play Field (Srinagar). The screening committee was comprising Nuzhat Ara, Divisional Sports officer (Kashmir), Hilal Ahmad (Manager TRC Ground Srinagar), Sheikh Altaf (Deputy Manager Budgam stadium), Maqsood Khan (Assistant Manager Sports Council) and Reyaz Ahmad Khan (Manager Polo Ground Srinagar).
While Tasif Ahmad Khan (ex.Member JKBBA), Basit Ahmad Khan (Ball Badminton Trainer), Arsheena Malik (Physical Teacher Dubai Grand Public Schooll Srinagar) and also the members of the Association were present during the screening test.
The 65th senior National Ball Badminton Boys and Girls selected players will leave for the event on February 9.
