JAMMU, Feb 11: Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Athletics Association has shifted the venue for the State Athletics Championship from BSF Sports Stadium, Paloura to University of Jammu grounds, here.
However, the dates and other schedules for the championship remained unchanged with competition taking place from February 13.
“Due to certain reasons the venue of the State Championship has been shifted to University of Jammu grounds. The event will take place from February 13,” said general secretary of the Association, Sharat Chander Singh.
The competition will be held in Junior and Senior categories of both boys and girls. Athletes have been advised to report the venue tomorrow bringing along Date of Birth certificate and Aadhar Card. For further clarifications, athletes can contact S S Gill (9419108337).
