Sanskriti School commemorates inter-school competition

JAMMU, Feb 14: Jammu Sanskriti School Jammu today commemorated interschool competition ‘Jungle World’ in which eight schools of the city participated.
The guest of honour of the programme was Deepa Soni, a renowned artist while Snigdha Singh judged the event. The event coordinated by Anjali Sharma, Principal Stepping Stone, Gurmeet Kour and Rohini Aima, Principal and Vice Chairperson of Sanskriti school, Sunakshi Anand and Harleen Anand (Member of Managing Committee).
In beginning of the event, welcome address was given by Nidhi Kohli followed by lighting of traditional lamp. The Guest of honour applauded the school for organising such competition.
In Ramp walk, Umma Bhogia, Inaya and Kartavya of Shiksha Niketan School bagged 1st, 2nd and 3rd position respectively while Harjas of Jammu Sanskriti School clinched consolation prize.
In colouring, Anshika Choudhary, Sanskriti School and Misbha Banoo of Humming Buds Model Academy got 1st prize and Rudrika Saharwal of Heritage School and Ikhoordeep Kour clinched 2nd and 3rd prize.
In Recitation, Aryaveer Singh of Humming Buds Academy won first prize, Sravya Arora of Heritage School succeeded to win 2nd while Harnadav Singh of International DPS and Dhruv of Sanskriti School clinched 3rd prize.
In Show and Tell, Rayyan Bashrat Kohli of Hertiage School clinched 1st, Nishaas Mahajan of Shemford Futuristic School got 2nd and Tavish Choudhary of Jammu Sanskriti School and Raiyyan Pervaiz of International DPS won 3rd prize.
Principal cum Chairman, Rohini Aima conveyed her gratitude to all the eminent dignitaries.
