SAMBA, Mar 30: A motorcyclist was killed while the pillion rider was seriously injured after the two wheeler was hit by a vehicle late last night at Nanak Chak Railway bridge in Vijaypur area.
The deceased has been identified as Sandeep Sharma, son of Tara Chan resident of Vijaypur while the injured has been identified as Manohar Lal, son of Milki Ram of Gadwal. The duo was traveling on motor cycle bearing number JK02 AN 6962. The injured has been referred to GMC Jammu for treatment and his condition is stated to be critical. The Vijaypur Police has registered a case but there is no clue of the vehicle which hit the motor cycle.
