JAMMU, Mar 26: Taking an initiative immediately after the Jammu and Kashmir Government today called for donations to its Relief Fund to combat Coronavirus pandemic, Daily Excelsior Management announced Rs one lakh for the Fund.
Daily Excelsior Editor-in-Chief Kamal Rohmetra and Executive Editor Neeraj Rohmetra announced contribution of Rs one lakh towards the Relief Fund of Jammu and Kashmir Government this evening.
An appeal for the relief was made today by Lieutenant Governor Girish Chandra Murmu.
Staff of Daily Excelsior and Excelsior Printers Private Limited have also announced contribution of one-day salary towards Relief Fund of the Jammu and Kashmir Government.
The Daily Excelsior will be prominently publishing names in its Edition of all those people donating towards the Relief Fund of the Government. The people can send photocopy of receipt of the donations sent to the Government for publication of their names in the newspaper.
