JAMMU, March 29: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) has expressed concern over the fast spreading of Coronavirus pandemic in J&K.
In a handout JWAM president, Sunil Dimple has appealed to the PM Modi to pass immediate orders to telecom companies to not to disconnect landline and mobile phone services of users till the lockdown period in case of delay in bill payments.
He also demanded proper steps to stop interstate migration of the people as it may lead to extension of lockdown period.
The JWAM leader also demanded financial help and free ration to the BPL and other poor people so that they can stay at home.
He also demanded free ration and pulses from all ration depots and financial help to the poor as announced by the central government.
Dimple also demanded Rs. 50 lakh life insurance for doctors, police, essential services employees etc as these people are fighting the pandemic of Coronavirus.
