Donations continue to pour in for fight against COVID-19

JAMMU, Apr 1: Swami Anuraga Nand Puri Trust, Muthi Maira, Jammu today donated Rs 16 lakh in fight against Coronavirus (Rs 11 lakh to PM Care Fund and Rs 5 lakh to J&K Relief Fund).
Swami Shudh Vicharanand Puri ji Maharaj, Swami Sewanand Puri ji Maharaj, Swami Sheetalanand Puri ji Maharaj and Sonu Sharma (all Trustees) handed over the Bank Cheques to Ravinder Raina, on behalf of Trust, at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
On the occasion, Bala Ji Industries, Kaluchak, Jammu also donated a sum of Rs 1 lakh. Besides, BJP leader Parneesh Mahajan handed over the Bank Cheque amounting to Rs 31000 and Parshottam Vaid handed over the Bank Cheque amounting to Rs 21000 to party president.
Meanwhile, the executive members of Hardware Paint and Sanitary Dealers Association comprising Neeraj Gupta (president), Subash Nanda (general secretary), Naresh Chopra (senior vice president), Varun Sharma (vice president), Vishal Bhat (treasurer), Sanjay Pandita (publicity incharge) paid a visit to DC Jammu Sushma chouhan and handed over a cheque of Rs 2,00,000 in favour of J&K Relief Fund as a contribution to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic. The Association members also assured the DC that they will be providing basic ration and daily needs to deprived people during this hour of crisis.
Guru Nanak Agro Products, Makhanpur Salher (Bishnah) owned by Darbar Singh contributed an amount of Rs 1.51 lakh towards PM Cares Fund. Darbar Singh handed over the cheque to former MLA Bishnah, Ashwani Sharma.
Ojas Life Sciences owned by Arunoday Singh and Jewel Hotel, Jammu contributed Rs 25000 each towards J&K Relief Fund.
