JAMMU, Apr 13: National Youth Congress National joint secretary, Er Rishi Kaul Kilam today condemned the terrorist attack on police party in Dachin area of Kishtwar in which a Special Police Officer (SPO) was killed and another got grave injuries.
Er Rishi said this brutal and criminal attack is condemnable and sorrowful when the world is already facing Covid19 pandemic outbreak and praying for their survival.
He said that attack on police party by the terrorists during this natural unfavourable calamity has bowed our heads with shame as no religion allows such acts especially when the people are in distress.
“It is ironic that at this critical juncture our so called leaders are still showing and speaking in anti National colours,” Rishi regretted.
