UDHAMPUR, Apr 24: In view of Covid-19 pandemic, the organisers of 3-day Annual Shiv-Parvati Mela Moungri, have decided to cancel the forthcoming Mela Moungri, which was scheduled to be held from May 15 to 17 at the Lord Shiva’s Exquisite Aap Shambu 2 Caves Shrines, Moungri, here.
The organisers included Shiv Kumar Sharma, President J&K Indian Style Association (Patron-in-Chief); Swatantra Dev Kotwal, Dy Chief Warden Civil Defence Udhampur (Chairman) and Hans Raj Thakur, Sarpanch (President).
“This is for the information of general public as well as all those Agencies, Departments, Organisations, NGO’s, Stall Vendors, Poets, Artists, Wrestlers, Media Groups, Free Langer Holders and other individuals, who contribute, cooperate and render their exemplary services in making the unique Mela a great success every year,” organisers said.
