JAMMU, Apr 10: Tushar Gupta, a class XII Commerce stream student of KC Public School, has been selected for the students exchange programme by Ellesmere College of England.
He will be a resident scholar at Ellesmere for the full summer term beginning on April 16 and concluding in the week of July.
