SAMBA, June 8: On the direction of State president, BJYM Arun Dev Singh Jamwal J&K BJYM Samba under the leadership of BJYM district president, Narinder Partap Singh organised a one day mega blood donation camp at BBN Institute Vijaypur in the presence of former Minister, Chander Parkash Ganga, Dr.Devender Manyal , State vice-president, BJYM and incharge blood donation Abhiyan Rinku Choudhary today.
The blood donation camp will reduce the growing deficit of blood in blood banks across J&K and pledge to organize such camps in future as well. Speaking on the occasion, Narinder Partap stressed on the philanthropic initiatives of the BJYM, saying that the Yuva Morcha is doing the service for the mankind during the past over many years by organizing free blood donation camps and other social events. He appealed the youth to generously donate blood for saving the precious lives.
Urging the other social and religious organizations to make collective efforts in bringing reforms in the society, he said that the social evils like dowry, drug addiction, and female feticide are spreading fast, which need to be weeded out to ensure a prosperous and progressive future. He stressed the need for educating the younger generation about the rich Indian values and culture, so that they remain connected with their roots and contribute for the development.
