SAMBA, June 27: A molesting case has been registered against one person at Vijaypur Police Station in district Samba today.
According to police one woman resident of village Rahya falling under the jurisdiction of Vijaypur Police Station in district Samba came to Vijaypur Police Station and lodged a written complaint against one person namely, Pritam Singh, son of Rattan Singh resident of Raya stating that on June 23 at around 11 a.m she went to purchase the vegetables from the shop located in her Mohala and suddenly one Pritam Singh came on motorcycle and asked her to sit on his bike.
He clutched her arm and tried to kidnap her and also started molesting her on the road but after she raised alarm, he fled away from the spot.
In this regard a Case FIR No 110/20 U/s 354 IPC was registered against the accused in Police Station Vijaypur and started investigation.
