JAMMU, June 28: BJP SC Morcha held a meeting through virtual digital mode under the chairmanship of Ravinder Raina BJP J&K UT president. J&K BJP general secretary, Dr. D K Manyal (former Minister), Prabhari SC Morcha G R Bhagat, SC Morcha President Bharat Bhushan (former MLA), Seh-Prabhari, SC Morcha Subhash Bhagat, Neelam Langeh (former MLA) also addressed the meeting at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
The virtual rally was addressed by BJP SC Morcha national president Vinod Sonkar from New Delhi.
BJP SC Morcha general secretaries, Dharminder Kumar, Rakesh Sangral and Mohinder Kumar (Councillor, JMC) and Morcha Media Secretary Adarsh Kumar were also present in the meeting at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar.
Other senior leaders of BJP SC Morcha participated in the digital meeting with the use of audio-visual aids from their respective areas.
Addressing the meeting Vinod Sonkar, stressed that the SC community got maximum benefits under the present Modi led Union Government. He said that never in the history so many benefits were given to the deprived sections of the society. He said that in order to uplift the deprived sections, Modi Government treated the community with empathy while imparting equal opportunities in every field which will ensure that no person will feel neglected in the coming years, removing all the discrepancies of the past
BJP president Ravinder Raina, during his address attacked Congress for not giving due recognition to services of Dr. B R Ambedkar. He said that Dr. Ambedkar’s contribution to India is unparalleled, which was eventually recognized by BJP by conferring him Bharat Ratna. Baba Sahib always thought of a greater undivided society and for the better India. Baba Saheb during his entire life strived to achieve “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat”, he added.
Dr. Devinder Manyal, enumerated the various Government sponsored schemes like Awas Yojna and others which maximally benefitted the neglected community. He said that many benefits not earlier being given to the erstwhile State of J&K are being now directly given to the community members. He further requested Ravinder Raina and Vinod Sonkar to speedily take required steps for ensuring all the benefits to the UT of J&K, similar to the rest of the states of India.
Bharat Bhushan, apprised the senior party leaders of all the activities taken to help out the needy families during the Covid Lockdown. He informed that every required step was taken by BJP Morcha activists for personal efforts in the process.
