JAMMU, June 30: NCC Officer Mulkh Raj Sharma of Government High School Dewal has been awarded Commendation Card by Directorate General, NCC New Delhi.
The award was conferred to him for his excellent work and dedication to his duty by Col Dharmendra Pandey, Commanding Officer of 1 J&K Armed Squadron NCC Jammu.
Mulkh Raj Sharma was the second NCC Officer who awarded with this prestigious award for the year 2019.
