Sir,
After a long struggle, the civil services aspirants have finally succeeded in conceeding their demands of having two additional attempts with consequential age relaxation to all categories of candidates. The move will certainly help students get through the prestigious exams conducted by Public Service Commission. It is the rural candidates who will get most benefitted. They therefore should take maximum advantage of the new norms. It is well known fact that the candidates in rural areas do not have much access to quality education and they do not have many resources with them to meet expenses seek guidance from experts to clear the civil services. It is therefore becoming difficult for these candidates to quality the test in one or two attempts. Besides, the UPSC has changed the pattern of examination and it won’t be easy for these candidates to go through them.
By relaxing norms and age limit, the candidates from rural areas will now have chances to fulfill their dreams of serving this great nation.
Yours etc….
